My Approach
My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, flexible and conversational. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives and I approach our work together with curiosity and humility.
As a queer and neurodivergent woman, I understand how the systems we live within shape our lives, and am committed to an intersectional, feminist, anti-oppressive approach to therapy. I take an eclectic approach with clients, pulling from different modalities to best suit the needs of the client and what feels right for them.
I aim to explore your experiences and understand the meaning that you have attached to them. I strive to help clients heal by working with them to feel at home in their bodies and to live an authentic life that aligns with their values.
